- Seven-storey 12,000 sqmhigh-security building
- Variety of architectural features and materials: reinforced glass and decorative concrete, eight lift shafts, acoustic panelling, glass atrium roof
- Environmentally responsible features: solar panels, energy efficient air conditioning, smart use of natural light to reduce the building’s carbon footprint
